We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $90 delivered within the contiguous United States. Fabulous, no? If you simply cannot wait that long for your new BAXXE, expedited shipping is also available for a fee. All orders placed before 12pm PST M-F will ship same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days 
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days 

We ship orders within 2 days of purchase so you can get your new BAXXE as soon as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once submitted.
When your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can start your countdown to a better bra.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International standard and expedited shipping are offered. Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination. BAXXE is not responsible for customs delays or any additional fees or shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with BAXXE and you were not charged for these fees at checkout. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the products. If you have additional questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

BAXXE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been made at the shipping address selected upon purchase.

All claims must be made directly with the mail carrier and BAXXE cannot provide any assistance once the package is listed as “delivered.”

If you require assistance placing your order or shipping to a secure address, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please email support@baxxe.com.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We’re confident that you’ll simply adore your new BAXXE. If you have any questions about your order or require assistance with fitting, our strapless support team is standing by at support@baxxe.com.

Returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise in salable condition with all original tags and packaging attached are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All bras MUST be returned in their original box to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items returned in a worn or damaged condition.

We are a small intimates brand and need to adhere to a strict 30-day policy to maintain the integrity of our inventory. Requests made after 30 days will not be approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
 

Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 14 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Please note that BAXXE does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

BAXXE does not provide international return labels and cannot refund international duties and taxes-please contact your customs bureau.
