Frequently Asked Questions
For the bra, we recommend ordering the largest cup size you can fill out. If your cup size is A-B, order the largest band size that you can wear comfortably (if you usually fit a 32 and 34, order the 34). For size C, order your normal band size. If your cup size is D-DD, order thesmallest band size that you can wear comfortably (if you usually fit a 32 and 34, order the 32).
You may have hooked your elastic without “catching” the end loops on your BAXXE leather strap. Head on over to ourFit Guide for step-by-step instructions on fitting your BAXXE, or watch the video below. If the BAXXE strap is still bunching out while the end loops are secured, you may need toadjust your band to a tighter settingor order a smaller size.
You may have hooked your elastic past an extra BAXXE strap loop by mistake. Make sure you wrap the elastic around just the end loop on the BAXXE strap, then hook into a slot on the bottom of the elastic.
Make sure your elastic is wrapped around the BAXXE end loop and is hooked into the tightest slot possible. This is the slot closest to the hook (just trust us, it works!). Make sure the side of the elastic with the strip of non-slip gel is the side that’s facing your skin. If none of the above adjustments work, you may need a smaller BAXXE size.
